  • The items are in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The return is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

3. Return Process

  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • A brief reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request, and we will assist you with the exchange process, subject to product availability.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on your preference.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
